Mr. Ng Aik Beng

Mr. Ng Aik Beng was a graduate cum best student throughout 1994-1998 from University of Malaya. After he had completed his nine months chambering period under M/s Murphy & Dunbar, a firm specializing in road traffic and running down matters and other personal injury claims, he continue to work under the firm for 1 year as a legal assistant. 

He handled the defence department in M/s Murphy & Dunbar, Malacca and experienced in drafting opinion, preparing defence and conducting trial for the defendants, i.e. the insured driver of Merchantile Insurance Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation), Jerneh Insurance, Malaysian Motor Insurance Pool, Hong Leong Assurance and Malaysia National Insurance.

Since 1.10.1999, Mr Ng Aik Beng joined M/s C.S. Ng & Associates as partner for Malacca Branch for 1 year and 9 months and handled many financial’s civil cases such as master card line of credit, foreclosure proceeding for land matter, hire purchase or general loan, industrial hire purchase, leasing and others for MBf Finance Berhad, Affin ACf Finance Berhad, United Merchant Finance Berhad and assisting Adam Bachek & Associates (Malacca Branch) for banking matters with Malayan Banking Berhad and Eon Bank Berhad. 

Mr Ng had also handled corporate loan documentation, general conveyancing matters, corporate advising, civil and criminal cases. Mr Ng Aik Beng had opted and completed subject and courses for Islamic transaction and banking in year 1994, 1995 and 1997 and obtained book prize for Islamic Banking subject in 1997.

Ms. Serena Ong Suan Huey

Ms. Serena Ong Suan Huey is a graduate with honour degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the year 2010. She had completed her nine (9) months chambering period under the chambers of Messrs. Salina Taib & Co. She was exposed to banking litigation during her chambering period. 

She was called to the Malaysian Bar on 6.5.2011. She had joined Messrs. A.B. Ng & Associates as Legal Assistant with effect from 7.5.2011 and she became partner since 8.8.2016. Miss Serena Ong had opted and completed subjects and courses for Islamic transactions and banking in the year 2008 and 2009. 

She can handle civil litigation and all conveyancing matters inclusive of corporate loans.

Ms. Aqilah Nasrin binti Ahmad Sakrani

Ms. Aqilah Nasrin binti Ahmad Sakrani graduated from the University of Malaya (UM) with Bachelor of Law (Honours) in year 2021. She had completed her nine (9) months chambering period under the chambers of Messrs. A. B. Ng & Associates.

During her pupilage, sha has the opportunity to be exposed and trained in general civil litigation including Road Traffic & Running Down Matters and debt collections.

After she was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 15th September 2022, she continues her service as a Legal Associate at Messrs. A. B. Ng & Associates and is handling civil litigation.

Ms. Nurshiffa Balqish binti Ruslan

Ms. Nurshiffa Balqish binti Ruslan graduated from the University Technology Mara (UiTM) with LLB (Hons) in year 2021. She had completed her nine (9) months chambering period under the chambers of Messrs. A. B. Ng & Associates.

During her pupilage, she has the opportunity to be exposed and trained in civil litigation including Road Traffic & Running Down Matters, debt collections and bankruptcy matters.

After she was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 22nd March 2023, she continues her service as a Legal Associates at Messrs. A. B. Ng & Associates and is handling civil litigation.

Ms. Nor Erniamalina binti Jamaluddin

Ms. Nor Erniamalina binti Jamaluddin graduated from the University Technology Mara (UiTM) with LLB (Hons) in year 2022. She had completed her nine (9) months chambering period under the chambers of Messrs. A. B. Ng & Associates.

During her pupilage, she has the opportunity to be exposed and trained in civil litigation including Road Traffic & Running Down Matters, debt collections and bankruptcy matters.

After she was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 3rd August 2023, she continues her service as a Legal Associates at Messrs. A. B. Ng & Associates and is handling civil litigation.
